Student kills professor over ‘anti-Islam’ comments
A student at Government Sadiq Egerton College in Bahawalpur murdered Professor Khalid Hameed of the English division over last's claimed 'anti-Islam' remarks.
Central Wali Muhammad revealed to Reuters that Khateeb Hussain, a fifth semester BS student took on the English office, assaulted the educator with a knife. Different students hopped in to stop the assailant however they couldn't spare the teacher, who later surrendered to his wounds at Bahawalpur Victoria Hospital. Educator Hameed was set to resign in four months. The police captured the student and accused him of homicide.
