The renowned singer Shehnaz Begum passed away in Dhaka, Bangladesh
DHAKA: Prominent artist Shahnaz Begum who sang 'Sohni Dharti Allah Rakhe' passed on in Bangladesh at 67 years old.
Shahnaz Begum was born on 2 January 1952 in Dhaka. She sang in Bangladeshi and Pakistani movies.
Amid her stupendously powerful years as an artist in 1970s, Shahnaz enormously awed the new age through her pointless tunes.
Her prominent energetic tunes are 'Sohni Dharti Allah Rakhe' and 'Jeevay Pakistan'.
